Hop Devil Grill is Open
OK, the cat is out of the bag on this one. We
are the guys responsible for bringing our particular style
of beer bar and grill downtown to the trendy East Village.
24 eclectic taps up front, and a beer engine for cask-conditioned
ales. We are currently using so much power to keep our
beers cold that Con Edison, our local power company, is installing
new transformers. On the downside, they are tearing
up St. Marks Place to make that happen. New York,
you gotta love it!
As anyone who knows us well can tell you, we love Belgian
beer. So right next to the Hop Devil Grill
is the "Belgian Room" where we have accumulated a huge selection
of Belgian beer in the bottle, and offer a variety of five
on tap, ever changing. Now finally NYers can get an authentic
Belgian experience, complete with Mussels and Fries, or Moules
and Frites as they are known across the pond. Please come
down and check it out! Lots of great beer events scheduled
there, and a new website expected to be launched shortly.
